This website, owned and operated by Western Naturopathic does not automatically collect any manner of information from visitors to the site, with a possible exception being anonymous statistical information around number of site hits and visitors.

When purchasing information from our Naturopathic Store section, we require information required for purpose of billing and shipping products to you. If you choose to purchase online instead of by telephone or in person, this information is gathered by PayPal and subsequently sent to us.

Through in person visits, telephone conversations, or e-mail correspondence, you may relate to us additional information relevant to your health for the purpose of properly diagnosing your health concerns.

It is the company's intent to inform you of the reasons for which we need any information that is collected. If you tell us that you do not want to use this information as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes.

We will not disclose any personal information collected to any other party without your prior consent.  We will disclose any information required for us to comply with a valid court order.
